Our youngest mill building was built in 1923 and offers contemporary workspace across 42,000 square feet and three floors.
The building takes its name from a bust saved in 1970 during the demolition, and it can now be seen mounted on the side of the building. Sir James was one of the original owners of the 1920s thread mill. The building was given a refurbishment to give our tenants a contemporary workspace across 42,000 sq ft. and three floors. The exterior boasts brilliant orange brick walls and huge double-glazed windows on all elevations.
