At Abbeymill you only pay for the space you use, if you consider a stand alone property then you will need to factor into your calculation corridors and communal areas (such as washrooms, kitchens and reception areas) which could add a further 50% to the area you require. However at Abbeymill you only pay for your actual office space.

Abbeymill specialises in the renovation and conversion of listed buildings as we believe that buildings of outstanding quality and national importance can make exceptional offices of character to suit present day requirements.

At Abbeymill we can provide standard licence agreements allowing companies to move in with the minimum of hassle and cost. Licence agreements can be tailored to give a minimum of twelve months with repairing obligations limited to avoid open ended repair liabilities and costly legal negotiations. There is no additional premium charged for this flexibility.

With Abbeymill, you’re free to run your business without the financial or management burden that comes with a traditional office rental. That’s because we take care of everything - your office if fully equipped, thus freeing your staff to focus on your core-profit making business.

Our charges can be fixed for the term of the lease and can include an all inclusive service charge covering all day to day running costs leaving you free to concentrate on running your business. Economies of scale also allow the most competitive rates to be obtained.

The service charge includes property insurance, maintenance, security, parking, heating and many of the other essential services associated with running an office.

Our experienced staff can deal with all the day to day issues and compliance with regularity bodies, maintenance of lifts, fire equipment and negotiating contracts.

Office suites are available from under 200 sq ft to 10,000 sq ft with a wide range of sizes in between and an extensive range of internal layouts to suit most requirements. Offices are freshly painted and carpeted ready for immediate occupation.

At Abbeymill we believe in allowing tenants maximum flexibility and allow tenants to nominate their own telecoms and internet providers, there are no hidden extras and mark ups on services unlike other business centres.
